Shipping policy

1. General information
  • Once the order is paid, it is not possible to edit again. If you need to add something more, please place a new order.
  • It is impossible to cancel the order if it is already shipped.
  • Any request for returning or exchanging is not accepted, except for the quality problem.
  • Anam has no right to choose where Posti locates the parcel. Parcels might be sent to different pickup points according to their parcel amounts. If you have any questions related to the pickup point, please contact Posti customer service.
  • We do not suggest customers order fresh or frozen products by Posti smart shipping or Posti home delivery. You have to take your own risk if you wish to order it.
  • Rice (10kg or above) cannot be delivered by Posti.
  • For orders containing frozen goods:

    • If the order is placed on Monday or Tuesday, it will be shipped immediately to ensure delivery within the same week.

    • If the order is placed between Wednesday and Sunday, it will be shipped on the following Monday to avoid any risks associated with shipping delays.

2. Delivery fee
2.1. Lappeenranta Area

Home delivery: Applicable to all items, including frozen and fresh products.

  • Orders placed before 4:00 P.M will be ready for pickup/delivery after 5:00 P.M the same day.

  • Orders placed after 4:00 P.M will be ready for pickup/delivery at 5:00 P.M the next day.

Lappeenranta Center

    • Pick-up: Free
    • For orders over 60€, free home delivery.
    • For orders under 60€, delivery fee is 3€ per order.

Imatra

    • For orders over 60€, free home delivery.
    • For orders under 60€, delivery fee is 6€ per order.
2.2. Other cities in Finland

Orders are shipped with Posti, excluding frozen products. Take your own risk for fresh products. The service operates on a "first come, first served" basis. Orders are shipped with delivery services.

  • For orders over 60€, free delivery.
  • For orders under 60€, delivery fee is 8€ per order.

FROZEN GOODS DELIVERY POLICY

1. Scope of Application
This policy applies to all frozen product orders placed at ANAM and delivered within Finland.

2. Delivery Schedule
Frozen goods are delivered 1–2 times per week, typically at the beginning of the week, with customers receiving their orders during that week depending on region and order volume.

Customers will be notified of the exact delivery schedule via email, SMS, or direct message.

3. Storage Conditions and Allowable Defrosting

  • Products are packaged in foam boxes and/or thermal bags, with ice packs or dry ice added when necessary.

  • A maximum of 20% defrosting of the total shipment is acceptable under normal transport conditions. This level does not compromise product quality for re-freezing or consumption.

4. Delivery Method

  • Delivery is made to the customer’s address or to a pick-up point, as agreed in advance.

  • If the customer is not available at the time of delivery, the order may be returned or redelivered with additional fees.

  • We strongly encourage customers to receive the goods immediately upon notification to ensure the quality of frozen items.

5. Responsibility and Risk

  • ANAM is responsible for ensuring product quality up until delivery.

  • Any delays in receiving the goods or improper storage after delivery are the customer’s responsibility.

  • If there is any issue with the product, customers must report it within 24 hours for assistance.

6. Delivery Fees

  • Free delivery for orders from €60 and above.

  • Orders under €60 will incur a delivery fee based on location.
