Shopping guide

  • We accept payments via Shopify Payments, including Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and UnionPay), Google Pay, Apple Pay, Bancontact, and iDEAL.

  • Once your order is paid, no further edits can be made. To add more items, please place a new order.

  • We process your order based on the available stock. Any out-of-stock items will be removed, and a refund will be issued.

  • Items such as fresh vegetables and fruits are charged based on actual weight.

  • If the actual weight exceeds the minimum selling unit (200g / 500g / 1kg), we will request additional payment for the extra weight. Thank you for your understanding.

  • Once your order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.

Shipping policy

1. General information
  • Once the order is paid, it is not possible to edit again. If you need to add something more, please place a new order.
  • It is impossible to cancel the order if it is already shipped.
  • Any request for returning or exchanging is not accepted, except for the quality problem.
  • Anam has no right to choose where Posti locates the parcel. Parcels might be sent to different pickup points according to their parcel amounts. If you have any questions related to the pickup point, please contact Posti customer service.
  • Rice (10kg or above) cannot be delivered by Posti.
2. Delivery fee
2.1. Lappeenranta Area

Home delivery: Applicable to all items, including frozen and fresh products.

  • Orders placed before 4:00 P.M will be ready for pickup/delivery after 5:00 P.M the same day.

  • Orders placed after 4:00 P.M will be ready for pickup/delivery at 5:00 P.M the next day.

Lappeenranta Center

    • Pick-up: Free
    • For orders over  80€, free home delivery.
    • For orders under 80€, delivery fee is 3€ per order.

Imatra

    • For orders over 80€, free home delivery.
    • For orders under 80€, delivery fee is 6€ per order.
2.2. Other cities in Finland

Orders are shipped with shipping company. The service operates on a "first come, first served" basis. Orders are shipped with delivery services.

  • For orders over 80€, free delivery.
  • For orders under 80€, delivery fee is 8€ per order.

3. Delivery Schedule

  • If the order is placed on Monday or Tuesday, it will be shipped immediately to ensure delivery within the same week.

  • If the order is placed between Wednesday and Sunday, it will be shipped on the following Monday to avoid any risks associated with shipping delays.

Frozen orders are dispatched 1–2 times per week, typically at the beginning of the week. Customers will receive their orders during the same week, depending on the region and volume of orders.

Customers will be informed of the specific delivery schedule via email, SMS, or direct message.

4. Delivery Method
Delivery will be made to a pre-arranged pickup point or address.

If the customer is not available at the time of delivery, the order may be returned or rescheduled with additional charges.

5. Responsibilities and Risk

If any issue is found with the products, the customer must report it within 24 hours to receive support via chat on website or Facebook page or Instagram or email.

Any risk arising from delayed collection or improper storage after delivery will be the customer's responsibility.

6. Shipping Fees
Free shipping is provided for orders valued at €80 or more.

Orders below this amount are subject to a delivery fee depending on the delivery area.
