1. Requirements to Become a Wholesale Customer
  • Customers must be stores, supermarkets, restaurants, or food businesses with a valid business license.

  • Business information must be provided, including company name, address, tax ID, and contact details.

2. Wholesale Pricing Policy
  • Wholesale prices are based on an updated price list and may change without prior notice.

  • Prices may vary depending on the order quantity.

  • Promotions and discounts will be announced separately for each period.

3. Ordering & Payment
  • Wholesale orders must be placed at least 7 business days in advance.

  • Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer / Cash / Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • Payments must be made on time as agreed by both parties.

  • Orders will only be processed after full payment is received (unless a credit agreement is in place).

4. Delivery & Shipping
  • Free delivery for orders over €400 within Finland. If order under €400, delivery fee is applied

  • Maximum delivery time: 7 business days from order confirmation.

  • In case of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, transportation issues), delivery may be delayed, and customers will be notified in advance.

5. Return & Exchange Policy
  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items due to supplier error can be returned or exchanged free of charge, based on prior agreement.

  • Returns are not accepted for opened, used, or expired products.

  • Customers must provide photos/videos as proof of the product's condition within 2 days of receiving the order.

  • Upon delivery, customers must check and confirm the order on-site. Once the order is signed for, we are not responsible for missing or incorrect items.

6. Privacy Policy
  • We are committed to protecting customer information and will not share it with third parties without consent.

  • Customers are also responsible for keeping supplier pricing and business policies confidential.

7. General Terms
  • We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue wholesale services if customers violate the agreed terms.

  • Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes will be handled according to applicable laws.
